At K’wanzi Accents, with our expert eye for design and attentive customer care, this is what we intend to do with your space and make that dream come true.

So what can we do for your residence;

  • We finish your residence taking it from plastering stage to occupy-able. We design  the finishes, fittings and furnishings from flooring styles, sanitary ware, lighting, painting, window and door fixtures, space planning onto décor and selection of furniture among others.

  • We remodel & renovate your home with the aim to add functionality and practicality to your space. In the same spirit we can recommend fittings suited to the use of your space.

Commercial Design

We are aware of the role a good space plays in keeping a business running. So we design commercial spaces such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, salons, fitness clubs, lounges, spa’s and country clubs, serviced apartments among others. We understand the use of the space and we take what it means to trigger the right feeling for your clients while in this space through our lighting choices, painting, concierge designs and even the smaller detail like the furniture and decor choices.

Office Design

At Kwanzi Accents, we will turn your office into a beautiful and functional space that maximizes the productivity of your staff. We will work collaboratively with you to fully understand your creative vision and then bring it to life within your office. When executing an office interior design project, we work with your property managers to ensure all design elements are approved prior to construction. We are known for our attention to detail and ability to design and execute a unique space for each office client we serve.

Variable, flexible work zones and aesthetically pleasing branding can be supported by spaces designed specifically for rest and refuge. All of this will positively reinforce your company culture and make your employees feel more appreciated and secure in their roles.

3D Renders & Visuals

We first engage with our clients to understand the scope of work as well as design preferences. We then take your vision and use it to produce 3D renders suited to our clients were needed so as to enable them understand our vision for their spaces.

Floor Plans & Mood Boards

We derive these based on the engagements we have with our clients to understand their personal tests as well as the design work required. We then collect and analyze your requirements in order to obtain solutions tailored to your needs.

Depending on the scope of your project, we present all design drawings inform of floor plans, mood boards so as to enable us to implement the design.

Our Design Process

  • 1. Meet & Greet

    First, we schedule meetings with our clients for their desired service and ask all the necessary questions to understand our client’s tastes & preferences & what they envision their spaces to look like. Our team gets in touch to confirm the meetings and requests any additional information needed in advance.

    It is with this information that we are able to develop a preliminary budget & talk timelines with our clients.

  • 2. Idea & concept

    Once we have all the necessary information required ie floor plans, inspiration boards etc. We then progress with a design kick-off meeting to correlate with the Client’s vision. Kwanzi Accents further translates all of the information that has been gathered into additional design boards and renders that often include all information related to fixtures, fittings and furnishing so as to give the client a clearer picture of what we are going for. It is important that all parties are in agreement with all the concepts for the spaces to be worked on.

  • 3. Design & Detail

    Once the design concept has been approved, Kwanzi Accents takes all necessary measures to meet with architects and any other trade partners required for the project to detail the designs and put together finalized quotations for the client’s approval. These usually include specification of furnishings, selection of material for finishes and fixtures ie flooring, paint, lighting, window treatments etc. To ensure the project is executed as intended, we help the clients purchase and make arrangements for all materials affiliated to the works with a host of our trusted suppliers. After completion of this phase of work, our team will be ready to prepare for construction or installation.

  • 4. Build & Install

    Once we have all the necessary material and detail, our team will work towards the execution of all aspects of the installation and final designs. With regards to new construction jobs, this will include overall project management and coordination with your specified contractor. We usually prefer to discuss agreed timeframes and work plans with the contractors so that we are able able to deliver a finished space all at once.
